Our first appointment is more of a consultation. This is to ensure we are on the same page for your treatment as each session is individually tailored. Our aim is to always enhance your natural beauty.
During your appointment, we will give advice on caring for your brows and lashes and how to get the most out of your investment.
Our products are cruelty free and sourced personally by Hannah for their quality and integrity. She only uses products she would be happy to use on herself.

Natural Lash (Sampler) Eyelash Extensions
For those new to extensions, this is the treatment for you. This set allows you to see how extensions enhance the eyes and face and how they feel on your lashes.
Roughly 40-50 lashes applied per eye.
Includes a FREE Lash Bath (please note: cleaning fee applies for those who arrive with eye makeup on).

Deluxe Classics Eyelash Extensions

Our most popular lash set. This service enhances the lashes by extending, adding curl, thickness and darkness to the lash line.
One extension is applied to every healthy natural lash. Each set can be customised, with a variety of lengths, thicknesses, and curls to offer the most flattering lashes for your unique eye shape.
Unlimited amount of lashes applied to achieve your desired look (typically 80- 100+ extensions applied, double the amount of the natural set).
Includes a FREE Lash Bath (please note: cleaning fee applies for those who arrive with eye makeup on).

A VOLUME set is the most popular eyelash extension service industry-wide. VOLUME eyelash extensions are 2-6 light and thin extensions applied to a single natural lash in the shape of a fan, thus resulting in 100-600 lashes per eye.
Each fan is handmade during the appointment. This method can be lighter on the natural lash than a single Classic extension and is great for those who have weak or damaged natural lashes. This set also works well for those who have great natural lashes and love a bold look as the more natural lashes you have, the higher the intensity of the lashes.
Please do not drink coffee or lots of water before your appointment, as disruption will cut into your appointment time.

Not sure if Volume or Classic is right for you? Why not try them both! Hybrids include a mix of handmade 3-4D volume fans and classic eyelash extensions.
This treatment gives a great blend of length and fullness. It has more than just the 'mascara look' of Classic, it also gives your lashes some depth and texture. Hybrids has the look of eyeliner and mascara combined!

Safe Eyelash
Extension Removal
Professional and safe removal of existing eyelash extensions. Please do not attempt this treatment at home as you risk irritation and damaged lashes.
This service is to be booked if you are experiencing pain or irritation from a set of lashes improperly applied at another studio. This treatment can also be booked for a simple and safe removal of extensions received at Authentica.
It also required that you book in for this service if you currently have extensions from elsewhere but are looking to become a client of ours.

Yumi Lash Lift
YUMI™ Lashes is an advanced Keratin lash enhancement technique that is designed to boost and lift the natural eyelash without the need for fake eyelashes or extensions. YUMI™ Lashes is the ideal way to enhance the natural beauty of eyelashes in a painless, safe and non-invasive way.
This treatment will lift & curl your natural lashes from the root. Infused with Keratin & B5 to enrich your lashes, the treatment will produce an amazing visible result. The YUMI™ Lash Lift gives the illusion of longer, thicker & healthier lashes. It is perfect if you are after a beautiful natural look.
With minimal after care and long lasting results, it is ideal for busy women. Results last between 8-12 weeks and maintenance is recommended every 8 weeks to keep you looking your best.

During your TrueBrow Discovery Session, your brows will be assessed by Hannah, a trained TrueBrow representative. During this time, we will discuss what you are after and what outcome will be most flattering for your face shape. This session is all about discovering your perfect brows with the help of a specialist.
If you are a new client of ours, this is the perfect place to start. After the consultation, we will book you in for your recommended session.

TrueBrow Design
During your complimentary TrueBrow Discovery Session, Hannah will have assessed your brows and booked you in for your TrueBrow Design.
It is during this appointment the foundation for your perfect brows will be laid. With meticulous care and vision, Hannah will transform your brows.
During your TrueBrow Design, there may be a new direction implemented which can take time and precision. This is because we treat everyone's brows differently, depending on their needs and the shape that works best for our clients.
During your TrueBrow Design, even the most compromised brows will be flattering and naturally beautiful.

Ongoing Maintenance | 30 mins | $55
Following your TrueBrow Design, the process of your brows will be reassessed during TrueBrow Maintenance appointments. This is where your brows will be maintained to ensure they are still in perfect condition.
Your TrueBrow specialist will advise you on what time frame is required for regular maintenance.

Tame unruly, curly brows with Lamination. No need for brow gel or soaps, your brows are set and ready to go from the moment you wake up. The perfect treatment to get the highly sought after feathered and bushier brows.
This process uses the internationally recognised Yumi (Keratin) product to achieve the desired result.
